  i bought a pair of ready made curtains but on getting home found that I had bought the wrong size (my fault) and they did not have the right size. I did not even take them out of the sealed bag so tried to return them for a refund but they do not give refunds only credit notes. So if you are buying from this shop make sure that they are what you want.

  I went in willing to buy made to measure curtains for all my house. A very rude man made me feel very uncomfortable like if I was asking too much and nothing could be done because "that'd be a nightmare". Panel curtains, no, that's a nightmare; translucent roman blinds, no that's a nightmare to do. Well, you've lost a few hundreds of pounds. I'll find somewhere else where they actually want to be nice and polite to their customers.

  We had a some blinds and curtain poles fitted a few weeks ago. Fitting was excellent. There was a problem with one of the blinds and the owner rang to say that a new one was on order and would be fitted asap - it was - 24 hours later! Extremely good service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.
