  Coffee is OK, but better (and comparably priced) in the café directly outside (Siesta) or in the Costa over the road. Downstairs seating area very much like a dungeon. Nothing wrong with it, but it's pretty run of the mill.

  You need to consider this is a compact outlet, next to a busy shopping centre and transport centre, before passing too harsh a judgment; perhaps compare the service you get at train stations or busy London locations. Yes it’s small and doesn’t have toilets. However staff are very friendly and efficient and appear to have many regulars. Coffee and products are the usual good standard.
