  Bought expensive sofa last year from Bristol store. In August it was delivered with issues: hole damage to frame fabric. SIX MONTHS later Sofa Workshop have yet to repair or replace the damaged unit. Really disappointed and dissatisfied with the sofa and lack of customer care. ----- Did you read this comment earlier, well it is more or less the exact same issue. Except since buying the product the cushion zips are popping open. They do not seem to be making the effort to fix the issue, pretty soon this and all the SW will be absorbed into their parent company DFS. Well done SW for selling yourself and art down the river.
