  Flowers ordered for my mum didn't arrive, I had to contact them to complain and arrange for a delivery several days after her birthday. Wasn't offered a refund.

  My husband and I used Roots for our wedding in August as part of our celebration of small Bristol businesses for our chosen suppliers. Roots were friendly, very helpful and worked around our budget effectively. They took an image I had found online for my bridal bouquet and made it a beautiful reality. They then made matching buttonholes for the Groom, Best Man, x2 Ushers and FoG & FoB, and also matching table centre pieces too. The Bridesmaids had bouquets of Gypsophila...simple but elegant. To me and my husband, Roots went above and beyond their call of duty by letting us hire out jam jars for the centre pieces, but also four of their own apple crates (used to display our wedding cake/cupcakes) adding to our 'rustic farmyard chic' wedding theme. Personally speaking, having these crates were almost as important as the flowers, and Roots included them into our budget with the promise of the money back once we returned them. Five stars, would absolutely use them again!
