  I'm not one to name and shame. But this has churned my gut. Elite mobilty on broad street staple hill are huge fraudsters. Following an attack last year my mums scootet was damaged. To this day i wish my mums insurance company hadn't recommended them for repair but they did. Elite temporarily lent my mum a scooter or a death trap as we now know. Only to this day they haven't returned mum's original scooter that she brought from savings. There response and i quote ' Mrs Mills agreed to keep the rented scooter as it was better than hers' if you saw it it will be like giving them a porsche and asking to keep a fiesta. Not once did my mother agree to keep the shed on wheels The reason for this post. Please dont let your elderly loved go to these people with there money. They will be conned out of there money please don't let this happen to someone you care about!!!!!!
