  I have been a member of DW in Bristol since it first opened. Having been extremely excited to see what DW had done in a so called "re-fit" I was bitterly disappointed to see that all that had been done was essential maintenance that was long over due. The same changing rooms, pool area and less than 10% of the equipment is new. Once again DW has cheaped out and the members are getting tired of it. I have never felt the need to write a negative review before but this has left me feeling really let down. Looking around for other gyms.

  Staff have had to deal with unforeseen issues but it is improving! Try to avoid kids swimming times as they trash the changing rooms and it's impossible to relax in the hot tubs.
