  Initial customer service was fab! The fitting was not great. Over 3 days the fitters arrived late. Then they had the wrong size carpets and then told me they would have to leave without completing as they did not want to work late! My husband had to help as it was only one kid on his own who would never be able to carry the carpet on his own. I get their probably under paid and over worked so feel for them but that shouldn't be my problem!

  I called in on the weekend for a front room carpet and I couldn't believe the huge selection of carpets available extremely helpful staff would strongly recommend to anyone will definitely be going back for more carpets
