  Went with my daughter for a booked appointment. Lady who served us did not seem interested in my daughter's needs, brought out the dress that she was interested in and shut her behind the curtain with no offer of help to get it on. She had to get her friend to help get her in it. When it didn't fit, the lady explained bridal dresses fit small and my daughter asked for a dress from the same designer a size bigger which she got. There was no discussion about what she was looking for, where her venue was etc etc. Another woman in the shop was being well and truly fawned over whilst my daughter and her entourage were stuck in a tiny space at the back of the shop with no room to sit. The second dress also didn't fit and we left. No attempt was made to offer alternatives. A massive disappointment in service.
