- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-02-20, by Cait ElliottCame in the store as a wheelchair user having just been discharged from hospital, and one male member of staff stood by the door goes "our lifts not working". I assume this was because I was a woman and the ladies clothing is upstairs, but I found this very rude and assumptious. Turned around and went straight back out - felt like I couldn't even browse the ground floor if I wanted because "the lifts not working". May aswell have told me to get out to be honest.
