68 days to repair a leak now and still no word from the garage... pretty poor show, VW Customer Service said Heritage would contact us last Wednesday...does a 2 year warranty on the car mean it can take 2 years to get a leak fixed? Posted a review a month ago about our 7 month old (now 9 month old)Polo with 700 miles on the clock with a bad leak which we had been told would need 2 days to fix under warranty. After a month of not finding the leak (which had filled the foot well with 1cm of water overnight and took 20 minutes to sponge out) I was told they would have to get someone from VW HQ in Milton Keynes to come and get it fixed and VW HQ then arranged a courteousy car for us. I did have some concerns when I was asked "what was a foot well?"! We have heard nothing since except today when I rang VW Customer care today to complain they got back to say sorry the person who was dealing with it was not in so they would get in touch on Monday... I would have thought that someone else at the garage might know what was going on. Its 58 days now since leaving the car in for a "2 day" fix and Monday will take it to 61 days which must be some sort of record for not getting a car fixed. I'm seriously not impressed so sorry guys, I have to give you another 1 star rating and am thinking of posting daily 1 star reviews to reduce your 3.4 star average to whatever it takes to get the car back. VW could now have made 2 a new Polo's in the time it is taking this one to get fixed...very very disappointed.

Purchased a car on Sunday, original pictures showed no damage as confirmed by the salesman. Paid a holding deposit and few weeks later went to test drive and purchase the car. Car was undercover to unveil to us, whilst walking around the car noticed a dent which had happened between original photos and collection. Salesman agreed this was not as photos and they would repair the damage and delivery the car to our home address by the following Sunday which happened. Over all happy with the service.
