  Very friendly service however i bought a part and it didnt fit in my car so i took it back with the receipt they didnt accept they asked me part has to be in its original box ?? They disnt take the part and it cost me £211.00 now its in garage for nothing. I wouldnt use this company again.

  Very helpful staff. On one occasion after reserving an item for collection I was called early in the morning and a voicemail was left saying they'd checked the item and a piece was missing, so they'd reordered it and it would be there after 15:30. So I abandoned my plans to collect in theorning and picked it up in the afternoon. Excellent communication. Things do go occasionally wrong with all companies, I judge them on how they sort out problems, hence the 5 stars.
